Mor Wyn Pendant

£129.95

A beautifully balanced pairing of genuine Cornish sea glass, Mor Wyn takes its name from the Cornish words for “White Sea.” Featuring a large smooth oval of soft white sea glass alongside a smaller cornflower blue piece this necklace captures the shifting colours of the Cornish coast — white sea foam beneath clear blue skies.

Both pieces have naturally rounded edges and the distinctive frosted surface that only decades of tumbling in the ocean can create. Each gem has been hand-collected by me from the beaches and coves of Cornwall, shaped solely by the sea before being carefully set by hand in recycled sterling silver.

The contrast between the luminous white glass and delicate blue accent gives this necklace a calm, coastal feel reminiscent of rolling surf and distant horizons. No two pieces of genuine sea glass are ever the same, making Mor Wyn a truly one-of-a-kind treasure.

Sea glass, sometimes known as “Mermaid’s Tears,” begins life as discarded glass weathered by waves, sand and time until transformed into smooth ocean gems. Tiny markings and subtle variations within the glass tell the story of its journey through the sea. Genuine sea glass can be recognised by its naturally frosted finish and unique surface patterns created only by the ocean.

This necklace comes with:

  • A map showing where the sea glass was found

  • A recycled gift box

  • A non-toxic microfibre polishing cloth

All photos are taken in natural daylight with no filters. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and as with all genuine sea glass, the pieces may appear lighter or deeper in different lighting conditions. Pendant is photographed on a solid silver snake chain.
